Guest accommodation is found in our typical farmhouse rooms, with its cotto tiled flooring, wooden beams, arches, vaults, exposed stone walls and typical late 1700s Tuscan furnishings. The house is air conditioned by a solar powered device, in line with our philosophy of maximum respect for the environment.
All of the charming bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

Considered the most romantic room in the whole Country House, this room is virtually a suite. With windows offering a panoramic view resembling a 16th century painting, this room evokes all the atmosphere of a fable. Even the little bathroom is special, as if from a doll’s house.
The well room is among the most luminous in the whole house. It is much loved in summer because you can pick figs by reaching out of one of its two windows. It is filled with the most Mediterranean of lights and is particularly popular among writers. Its floor boasts original antique cotto tiling.
The walls feature a host of equestrian prints. One of the two windows looks onto the old stables. At sunset, it is filled with a dream-like light, making it a favorite among photographers.
Its Mediterranean atmosphere makes this room especially welcoming. It has two windows looking onto the old robinia, against a breath-taking backdrop. Its south-facing aspect makes this room very luminous and pleasantly warm in winter.
Magical; the favourite among musicians. This room also has a very unique, embracing light. This room offers a breath taking view on the abandoned Linari Castle from one of the windows. The other one gives a view on the woods surrounding Il Paretaio.

The cotto tile floor is original, […]
A very large and quiet room. A church-like feel with its stunning vaults. It is known as the theater room because the architectural structure of the back wall resembles a stage. This room comfortably sleeps 4 people
Another very spacious room with a vaulted ceiling. It boasts an almost imperial bathroom with a bathtub and beautiful 1700s unit. Especially luminous thanks to its south-facing room and bathroom, this room also has access to a little separate garden. The covered external space has seats and a table, making it the ideal place to […]
