During your stay at Il Paretaio, you will enjoy genuine Tuscan cuisine. Our dinners always include 4 generous courses and outstanding Chianti wine at excellent prices. We use fresh, authentic products, such as olive oil produced at our own farmhouse. We pay the utmost attention to the quality of all of our ingredients. We can prepare dishes for any dietary requirements on request.

The queens of our kitchen are "Granny Elide" (a passionate cook) and Gabriella. A few of our specialties: Lasagne, Malfatti, Tagliatelle, Pappardelle, Pizza, Ribollita and home-baked Bread. Our main courses include Gabry Roast Beef, Turkey Roulade, Loin with Spinach, Artichoke and Zucchini Tortini. Our desserts include Ricotta and Chocolate Torte, Tiramisu, Raspberry and Yoghurt Mousse, “Granny and Grandpa’s Torte” and many more.

At Il Paretaio we organize weekly cooking classes: thanks to granny’s tools and techniques, you will learn to prepare Tagliatelle, Ravioli, Tortelli, Desserts and even Casereccio bread, which you can then enjoy with the other guests.

Il Paretaio guarantees a truly special family atmosphere: during meals, our guests often make friends and up to seven different languages are sometimes spoken around our tables!
